Coconut Sweet Paratha

  (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients; Maida-2 cup, Milk-1/2 liter Grated Coconut-1 cup, Sugar-1 cup, Ghee-2 tsp, Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp   Method Take maida in a bowl Add 4 tsp sugar Add milk little by little and  make a thin solution Leave it for 10 minutes Now take grated coconut in the pan Add milk, a dd 4 tsp sugar Mix it and fry on medium flame Add cardamom powder and m ix it Turn off the flame Take it out in a plate Keep it aside to cool for 10 mins Now heat tawa Put batter on iy and spread.  Keep the flame medium Pour some ghee over it and t urn it Pour some ghee on other side too  Cook till it turns golden color on both side Put coconut stuff in the middle of the paratha Fold it Take it out in a plate It's ready. टमाटर वाले चावल tomato rice

  सामग्री बासमती चावल -  कप  प्याज -2, टमाटर -3, धनिया पत्ती -1 / 4 कप, हरी मिर्च -2, अदरक -1 इंच लाल मिर्च -1, तेल -2 चम्मच, हल्दी पाउडर -1 छोटा चम्मच, सरसों के बीज -1 चम्मच, पाव भाजी मसाला -1 छोटा चम्मच, नमक तरीका कड़ाही में तेल लें और गरम करें 1 चम्मच  राई, हरी मिर्च, अदरक, लाल मिर्च, प्याज डालें मध्यम आंच पर 2 मिनट तक पकाएं कटा हुआ टमाटर डालें , इसे मिलाएं और मध्यम आंच पर 5 मिनट तक पकाएं हल्दी पाउडर, पाव भाजी मसाला डालें और मिलाएँ मध्यम आंच पर 2 मिनट तक पकाएं चावल को अलग से पका लें और कड़ाई  और मिक्स करें  नमक डालें, मिलाएँ और मध्यम आँच पर 2 मिनट पकाएँ धनिया पत्ती डालकर मिलाएँ आंच को बंद कर दें यह तैयार है। इसका इसका आनंद लें कृपया मेरे ब्लॉग को फॉलो करें और अपना बहुमूल्य सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया दें। कृपया मेरे यू ट्यूब चैनल पर इस वीडियो को देखें https://youtu.be/xsZ3InpJhxQ

  (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients; Boiled Basmati Rice-1 cup, Onion-2, Tomato-3, Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup, Green Chilli-2, Ginger-1 inch, Red Chilli-1, Oil-2 tsp, Turmeric Powder-1 tsp, Mustard Seeds-1 tsp, Pav Bhaji Masala-1 tsp, Salt   Method Take oil in the pan and heat it Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, green chilli, ginger, red chilli, onion Cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add chopped tomato, m ix it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame Add turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala and m ix it Cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add boiled rice and m ix it Add salt, m ix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add coriander leaves and mix it Turn off the flame It's ready. Sabudana Bara

  (Note : tbsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Sago Pearls- 1 cup, Boiled Potato- 4, Salt, Chaat Masala-1 tbsp, Green Chilli-1, Coriander Leaves, Roasted Peanut-1 cup and Oil Method Take 1 cup of sago pearls. Washed nicely and soak for 4 hours in water. Now put the peanut in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely Now we'll put sago in the bowl and we will grate potatoes in it. Add green chilli, coriander leaves, chaat masala, peanut and salt and and mix it. Now make its balls as shown in the picture. Apply oil in your hands Put 3 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it Put ball it the oil and keep the flame medium. Watermelon halwa

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Watermelon Juice-2 cup, Sugar-1 cup, Corn Flour-1/3 cup, Watermelon Seeds-2 tsp, Ghee-1 tsp, Red food color Method Cut watermelon into pieces, remove seed, put in the mixer jar, g rind and s tain it Add corn flour, sugar and m ix it Add red food color and m ix it Stir it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame Add watermelon seeds, ghee and m ix it Stir it and cook on medium flame once It is thick, t urn off the flame Now apply ghee over the plate and pour it. Keep it in the freeze for an hour Cut it into pieces. It's ready. Cornflakes Bhel

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)   Ingredients Cornflakes-2 cup, Cucumber-1/4 cup, Carrot-1/4 cup, Radish-1/4 cup, Tomato-1/4 cup, Coconut-1/4 cup, Mint -2 tsp, Lemon-1/2, Green Chilli-1, Black Salt-1/2 tsp, Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp, Fry Cumin Powder-1/2 cup, Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp, Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup Method Take corn flakes in the pan Roast it 5 mins on medium flame Turn off the flame Take it out in a plate Take cucumber, carrot, radish, tomato, coconut, mint, green chilli in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp fry cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, roasted peanut, lemon juice and m ix it Add roasted corn flakes and m ix it Add coriander leaves on the top It's ready. Chilli Chicken

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Chicken-250 gms, Egg-1,  Onion-1, Capsicum (green, yellow, red-1 cup), Spring Onion-1/4 cup, Ginger-2 inch, Garlic-10, Green Chilli-2, Maida-2 tsp, Corn Flour-3 tsp, Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp, Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp, Salt, Tomato Ketchup-1 tsp, Red Chilli Sauce-1/2 tsp, Dark Soya Sauce-2 tsp, Viniger-1 tsp, Green Chilli Sauce-1 tsp, Cooking Oil Method Take chicken in a bowl, and add  one egg Add 2 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp soya sauce and m ix it Take oil in a pan and heat it Put chicken in it and keep the flame medium Turn it. Once chicken is fried from both sides and its color changed to golden,  take it out Now heat left over oil in the pan  Add ginger, garlic and green chilli Add onion and cook for one minute Add chopped capsicums, spring onion Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add 1 tsp viniger, 1 tsp green chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp red c

Maggi Manchurian

  (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients : Maggi Atta Noodles-3 packet, Maggi Tastemakers-3, Onion-2, Spring Onion-1/4 cup, Green Capcicum-1/4 cup, Red Capcicum-1/4 cup, Green Chilli-2, Garlic-8 cloves, salt, Corn flour-5 tsp, Oil, Soya sauce-2 tsp, Green Chilli sauce-1 tsp, Vinegar-1 tsp, Red Chilli sauce-1 tsp, Schezwan Chutney-1 tsp Method Take 2.5 cup of water in a pan and boil it. Put 2 packckets of maggi noodles and  2 packets tastemakers Add chopped onion and mix well cook on medium flame for 2 minutes Then turn off the flame and l et it cool down Now put it in a mixing bowl Add 1 packet tastemakers, spring onion and corn flour And mix well Crush 1/2 pack of raw noodles Apply water on your palms and make meggi's balls and coat the crused noodles Heat oil in a pan Put the maggi balls in hot oil and keep the flame medium Once it turns golden, increase the flame to high Take it out. Again heat 2 tsp oil in a pan Add garlic and green

Schezwan sauce

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients: Dry Red Chilli-50 gm Ginger-2 inch Garlic-10 cloves Oil-5 tsp Tomato Ketchup-2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce-2 tsp Vinegar-2 tsp Salt   Method First put half a glass of water in chilli, cover it and leave for 30 minutes  It will become soft Now put it in the jar of mixie. Soya Keema

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Soya Chunks-1 cup, Frozen Peas-1/2 cup, Onion-2, Tomato-2, Green Chilli-2, Coriander Leaves, Star anise-1, Cinnamom-1 Cloves-2, Cardamom-1 Curd-2 tbs, Oil-3 tbs Salt, Red Chilli Powder-1 tbs, Coriander Powder-1 tbs, Turmeric Powder-1 tbs, Fenugreek leaves-1 tbs, Cumin Seeds-1 tbs, Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tbs, Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbs Method Put hot water in soya chunk, leave it for 10 minutes so that the soya chunks will become soft. By pressing it by hand ,we will drain out all the water from it. Now we will put it in a jar of mixie and g rind it. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. Add star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin seeds Add onion and mix it We will cook the onion on medium flame for 2 minutes Add tomato and green chilli. Add salt and mix it. Cover it and cook to 5 minutes on medium flame. If you want to make vegetables quickly, you can use tomato paste instead of chopped tomato Add turmeric powder, coriander powder,

Paneer Burger

  (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Burger buns-2, Paneer-150 gm, Cheese slices-2, Onion, Tomato and Cucumber, Black pepper crush-1/4 tsp, Red chilli flakes-1/4 tsp, Red chilli powder-1 tsp, Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp, salt, Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp, Chaat masala-1/2 tsp, Butter-2 tsp, Mayonnaise-1 tsp Tomato ketchup-1 tsp Method Cut bread (bun).  Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, 1/2 ginger garlic paste on paneer and spread it.  Heat 1 tsp of butter on tawa Put the paneer on tawa, c ook from both side and ta ke it out Add 2 tsp of butter on tawa and t oast the bun Turn it and toast on other sides and take it out in a plate.  Now we will make burger sauce, Take 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp chilli flakes and mi x it Apply butter on buns Apply burger sauce on lower buns Place the fried paneer Put onion, tomato and cucumber sprinkle chaat masala, pepper powder and salt Add tomato ketchup Apply cheese slices

Home made Suji Appam

  (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Semolina (sooji / rava ) - 1 cup , Curd - 3 / 4 cup, Oil - 4 tsp, Salt, Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp, ENO - 1 / 2 tsp Green Vegetables Onion, French Beans, Green Chilli, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage and Coriander Leaves Method Mix in a Bowl Suji, curd, salt and water to make batter  and leave it for 30 minutes Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, a dd mustard seeds , curry leaves, green chilli and fry it for few seconds Add onion and fry for a minute on medium flame Add beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and salt. Mix it and cook for another one minutes Turn off flame and let it cool down Add cooked vegetable and coriander leaves in batter. If batter is thick add some water Add 1/2 tsp ENO and mix it. Sabudana Khichdi

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients: Sago (sabudana)-1 cup, Boiled Potato-4, Green Chilli-2, Ginger-1 inch, Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup, Oil-2 tsp, Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup, Salt, Cumin Seeds-1 tsp, Fenugreek-1 tsp and Chaat Masala-1 tsp   Method First wash sabudana well with two water, then soak it in water for 4 hours and drain out the excess water Let's start making khichdi. We will first cut the potato.
