Watermelon halwa
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Watermelon Juice-2 cup,
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Corn Flour-1/3 cup,
- Watermelon Seeds-2 tsp,
- Ghee-1 tsp,
- Red food color
Method
- Cut watermelon into pieces, remove seed, put in the mixer jar, grind and stain it
- Add corn flour, sugar and mix it
- Add red food color and mix it
- Stir it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add watermelon seeds, ghee and mix it
- Stir it and cook on medium flame
- once It is thick, turn off the flame
- Now apply ghee over the plate and pour it.
- Keep it in the freeze for an hour
- Cut it into pieces.
- It's ready. Enjoy
