Watermelon halwa


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Watermelon Juice-2 cup,
  • Sugar-1 cup,
  • Corn Flour-1/3 cup,
  • Watermelon Seeds-2 tsp,
  • Ghee-1 tsp,
  • Red food color

Method

  • Cut watermelon into pieces, remove seed, put in the mixer jar, grind and stain it
  • Add corn flour, sugar and mix it
  • Add red food color and mix it
  • Stir it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add watermelon seeds, ghee and mix it
  • Stir it and cook on medium flame
  • once It is thick, turn off the flame
  • Now apply ghee over the plate and pour it.
  • Keep it in the freeze for an hour
  • Cut it into pieces.
  • It's ready. Enjoy
