Cornflakes Bhel


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

 Ingredients

  • Cornflakes-2 cup,
  • Cucumber-1/4 cup,
  • Carrot-1/4 cup,
  • Radish-1/4 cup,
  • Tomato-1/4 cup,
  • Coconut-1/4 cup,
  • Mint -2 tsp,
  • Lemon-1/2,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Fry Cumin Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp,
  • Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup

Method

  • Take corn flakes in the pan
  • Roast it 5 mins on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Take cucumber, carrot, radish, tomato, coconut, mint, green chilli in a bowl.
  • Add 1/2 tsp fry cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, roasted peanut, lemon juice and mix it
  • Add roasted corn flakes and mix it
  • Add coriander leaves on the top
  • It's ready. Enjoy
