Cornflakes Bhel
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Cornflakes-2 cup,
- Cucumber-1/4 cup,
- Carrot-1/4 cup,
- Radish-1/4 cup,
- Tomato-1/4 cup,
- Coconut-1/4 cup,
- Mint -2 tsp,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Fry Cumin Powder-1/2 cup,
- Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp,
- Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup
Method
- Take corn flakes in the pan
- Roast it 5 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Take cucumber, carrot, radish, tomato, coconut, mint, green chilli in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 tsp fry cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, roasted peanut, lemon juice and mix it
- Add roasted corn flakes and mix it
- Add coriander leaves on the top
- It's ready. Enjoy
