Maggi Manchurian
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients :
- Maggi Atta Noodles-3 packet,
- Maggi Tastemakers-3,
- Onion-2,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Green Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Red Capcicum-1/4 cup,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Garlic-8 cloves,
- salt,
- Corn flour-5 tsp,
- Oil,
- Soya sauce-2 tsp,
- Green Chilli sauce-1 tsp,
- Vinegar-1 tsp,
- Red Chilli sauce-1 tsp,
- Schezwan Chutney-1 tsp
Method
- Take 2.5 cup of water in a pan and boil it.
- Put 2 packckets of maggi noodles and 2 packets tastemakers
- Add chopped onion and mix well
- cook on medium flame for 2 minutes
- Then turn off the flame and let it cool down
- Now put it in a mixing bowl
- Add 1 packet tastemakers, spring onion and corn flour
- And mix well
- Crush 1/2 pack of raw noodles
- Apply water on your palms and make meggi's balls and coat the crused noodles
- Heat oil in a pan
- Put the maggi balls in hot oil and keep the flame medium
- Once it turns golden, increase the flame to high
- Take it out.
- Again heat 2 tsp oil in a pan
- Add garlic and green chilli and fry few seconds
- Add capsicums and onion and mix well
- Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes
- Add vinegar, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and schewan chutney
- Mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 minutes
- Add little water in 1 tbsp of corn flour and pour in the pan.
- Now Add 1/4 glass of water and cook for one minute.
- Sauce is ready and turn off the flame
- Add spring onion and noodles balls
- Its ready, Enjoy
