Sabudana Khichdi
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients:
- Sago (sabudana)-1 cup,
- Boiled Potato-4,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Oil-2 tsp,
- Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup,
- Salt,
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
- Fenugreek-1 tsp
- and Chaat Masala-1 tsp
- First wash sabudana well with two water, then soak it in water for 4 hours and drain out the excess water
- Let's start making khichdi.
- We will first cut the potato.
- Crush the peanut
- Heat a pan and add 2 tsp oil
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek, ginger and green chilli
- Add boiled potato and salt and mix well
- We will cook the potato on the medium flame for 2 minutes
- Add sago (sabudana), salt and chatt masala and mix well
- Cook the sago to the medium flame for 2 minutes
- Add peanut and mix well, add coriander leaves
- It is ready
