Schezwan sauce
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients:
- Dry Red Chilli-50 gm
- Ginger-2 inch
- Garlic-10 cloves
- Oil-5 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup-2 tsp
- Dark Soya Sauce-2 tsp
- Vinegar-2 tsp
- Salt
Method
- First put half a glass of water in chilli, cover it and leave for 30 minutes
- It will become soft
- Now put it in the jar of mixie.
- Add water and make a paste
- Now take cooking oil in a pan and heat it
- Add garlic, ginger and one minute cook on medium flame
- Add chilli paste and mix it and 5 minutes cook on medium flame
- Add 2 tsp Vinegar, 2 tsp Soya sauce, 2 tsp Tomato ketchup, salt and water
- Mix it, cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
- It is ready and turn off the flame
