Gobi Paratha


 

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower-1,
  • Carrot-1,
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
  • Green chilli-1,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Wheat Flour-2 cup,
  • Ghee-4 spoon,
  • Ajwain-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Salt

 Method

  • Grate cauliflower, carrot and ginger
  • Add green chilli, coriander leaves
  • Coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, ajwain and mix it
  • Now take flour in the mixing bowl
  • Add Gobhi stuff and mix it
  • Add some water and mix it
  • Make balls
  • Take one ball and dust it with dry flour and roll it
  • Heat the tawa and put paratha
  • Flip it and apply ghee
  • Flip it again and apply ghee on the other side
  • Cook the paratha till it turns golden on both the sides
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. enjoy
