Gobi Paratha
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Cauliflower-1,
- Carrot-1,
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
- Green chilli-1,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Ghee-4 spoon,
- Ajwain-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt
- Grate cauliflower, carrot and ginger
- Add green chilli, coriander leaves
- Coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, ajwain and mix it
- Now take flour in the mixing bowl
- Add Gobhi stuff and mix it
- Add some water and mix it
- Make balls
- Take one ball and dust it with dry flour and roll it
- Heat the tawa and put paratha
- Flip it and apply ghee
- Flip it again and apply ghee on the other side
- Cook the paratha till it turns golden on both the sides
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. enjoy
