Tomato Rice


 (Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients;

  • Boiled Basmati Rice-1 cup,
  • Onion-2,
  • Tomato-3,
  • Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Red Chilli-1,
  • Oil-2 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
  • Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
  • Pav Bhaji Masala-1 tsp,
  • Salt

 Method

  • Take oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, green chilli, ginger, red chilli, onion
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add chopped tomato, mix it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala and mix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add boiled rice and mix it
  • Add salt, mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add coriander leaves and mix it
  • Turn off the flame
  • It's ready. Enjoy
