Paneer Burger
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Burger buns-2,
- Paneer-150 gm,
- Cheese slices-2,
- Onion, Tomato
- and Cucumber,
- Black pepper crush-1/4 tsp,
- Red chilli flakes-1/4 tsp,
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp,
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp,
- salt,
- Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp,
- Chaat masala-1/2 tsp,
- Butter-2 tsp,
- Mayonnaise-1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup-1 tsp
Method
- Cut bread (bun).
- Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, 1/2 ginger garlic paste on paneer and spread it.
- Heat 1 tsp of butter on tawa
- Put the paneer on tawa, cook from both side and take it out
- Add 2 tsp of butter on tawa and toast the bun
- Turn it and toast on other sides and take it out in a plate.
- Now we will make burger sauce,
- Take 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp chilli flakes and mix it
- Apply butter on buns
- Apply burger sauce on lower buns
- Place the fried paneer
- Put onion, tomato and cucumber
- sprinkle chaat masala, pepper powder and salt
- Add tomato ketchup
- Apply cheese slices on top
- Place the other buns on top
- It's ready. Enjoy
