Paneer Burger


 


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Burger buns-2,
  • Paneer-150 gm,
  • Cheese slices-2,
  • Onion, Tomato
  • and Cucumber,
  • Black pepper crush-1/4 tsp,
  • Red chilli flakes-1/4 tsp,
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp,
  • Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp,
  • salt,
  • Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Chaat masala-1/2 tsp,
  • Butter-2 tsp,
  • Mayonnaise-1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup-1 tsp

Method

  • Cut bread (bun). 
  • Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, 1/2 ginger garlic paste on paneer and spread it. 
  • Heat 1 tsp of butter on tawa
  • Put the paneer on tawa, cook from both side and take it out
  • Add 2 tsp of butter on tawa and toast the bun
  • Turn it and toast on other sides and take it out in a plate. 
  • Now we will make burger sauce,
  • Take 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp chilli flakes and mix it
  • Apply butter on buns
  • Apply burger sauce on lower buns
  • Place the fried paneer
  • Put onion, tomato and cucumber
  • sprinkle chaat masala, pepper powder and salt
  • Add tomato ketchup
  • Apply cheese slices on top
  • Place the other buns on top
  • It's ready. Enjoy
