Chilli Chicken

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Chicken-250 gms,
  • Egg-1, Onion-1,
  • Capsicum (green, yellow, red-1 cup),
  • Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
  • Ginger-2 inch,
  • Garlic-10,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Maida-2 tsp,
  • Corn Flour-3 tsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Tomato Ketchup-1 tsp,
  • Red Chilli Sauce-1/2 tsp,
  • Dark Soya Sauce-2 tsp,
  • Viniger-1 tsp,
  • Green Chilli Sauce-1 tsp,
  • Cooking Oil

Method

  • Take chicken in a bowl, and add one egg
  • Add 2 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it
  • Take oil in a pan and heat it
  • Put chicken in it and keep the flame medium
  • Turn it.
  • Once chicken is fried from both sides and its color changed to golden, take it out
  • Now heat left over oil in the pan 
  • Add ginger, garlic and green chilli
  • Add onion and cook for one minute
  • Add chopped capsicums, spring onion
  • Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp viniger, 1 tsp green chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt
  • Take a spoon of corn flour, add water and make a thin solution and pour in the pan and add little water. 
  • Mix it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
  • Add fry chicken pieces
  • Mix it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame
  • Add spring onion on the top
  • It's ready. Enjoy
