Chilli Chicken
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Chicken-250 gms,
- Egg-1, Onion-1,
- Capsicum (green, yellow, red-1 cup),
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Ginger-2 inch,
- Garlic-10,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Maida-2 tsp,
- Corn Flour-3 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Tomato Ketchup-1 tsp,
- Red Chilli Sauce-1/2 tsp,
- Dark Soya Sauce-2 tsp,
- Viniger-1 tsp,
- Green Chilli Sauce-1 tsp,
- Cooking Oil
Method
- Take chicken in a bowl, and add one egg
- Add 2 tsp maida, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it
- Take oil in a pan and heat it
- Put chicken in it and keep the flame medium
- Turn it.
- Once chicken is fried from both sides and its color changed to golden, take it out
- Now heat left over oil in the pan
- Add ginger, garlic and green chilli
- Add onion and cook for one minute
- Add chopped capsicums, spring onion
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp viniger, 1 tsp green chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt
- Take a spoon of corn flour, add water and make a thin solution and pour in the pan and add little water.
- Mix it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
- Add fry chicken pieces
- Mix it and cook for 1 minute on medium flame
- Turn off the flame
- Add spring onion on the top
- It's ready. Enjoy
