Coconut Peda
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Coconut-1 (1 1/2 cup),
- Milk-1/2 cup,
- Milk Powder-1/2 cup,
- Sugar-1/2 cup,
- Cherry-10 pc,
- Ghee-2 tsp
Method
- Take grated coconut in a pan
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add milk and cook again for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add sugar, milk powder and Mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add ghee and cook for 2 mins
- Turn off the flame
- Leave it to cool down
- Apply ghee in hands and make ball
- Coat coconut powder
- Make hole and put cherry
- It's ready. Enjoy
