Coconut Peda


 (Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Coconut-1 (1 1/2 cup),
  • Milk-1/2 cup,
  • Milk Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Sugar-1/2 cup,
  • Cherry-10 pc,
  • Ghee-2 tsp

Method

  • Take grated coconut in a pan
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add milk and cook again for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add sugar, milk powder and Mix it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add ghee and cook for 2 mins
  • Turn off the flame
  • Leave it to cool down
  • Apply ghee in hands and make ball
  • Coat coconut powder
  • Make hole and put cherry
  • It's ready. Enjoy
