Sabudana Bara
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Sago Pearls- 1 cup,
- Boiled Potato- 4,
- Salt,
- Chaat Masala-1 tbsp,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Coriander Leaves,
- Roasted Peanut-1 cup
- and Oil
Method
- Take 1 cup of sago pearls.
- Washed nicely and soak for 4 hours in water.
- Now put the peanut in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely
- Now we'll put sago in the bowl and we will grate potatoes in it.
- Add green chilli, coriander leaves, chaat masala, peanut and salt and and mix it.
- Now make its balls as shown in the picture.
- Apply oil in your hands
- Put 3 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it
- Put ball it the oil and keep the flame medium.
- Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame
- Turn it and cook till it turns golden in color
- Now take it out and enjoy.
