Sabudana Bara


 


(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Sago Pearls- 1 cup,
  • Boiled Potato- 4,
  • Salt,
  • Chaat Masala-1 tbsp,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Coriander Leaves,
  • Roasted Peanut-1 cup
  • and Oil

Method

  • Take 1 cup of sago pearls.
  • Washed nicely and soak for 4 hours in water.
  • Now put the peanut in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely
  • Now we'll put sago in the bowl and we will grate potatoes in it.
  • Add green chilli, coriander leaves, chaat masala, peanut and salt and and mix it.
  • Now make its balls as shown in the picture.
  • Apply oil in your hands
  • Put 3 spoon of oil in the pan and heat it
  • Put ball it the oil and keep the flame medium.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame
  • Turn it and cook till it turns golden in color
  • Now take it out and enjoy.
