Coconut Sweet Paratha

 


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients;

  • Maida-2 cup,
  • Milk-1/2 liter
  • Grated Coconut-1 cup,
  • Sugar-1 cup,
  • Ghee-2 tsp,
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp

 Method

  • Take maida in a bowl
  • Add 4 tsp sugar
  • Add milk little by little and make a thin solution
  • Leave it for 10 minutes
  • Now take grated coconut in the pan
  • Add milk, add 4 tsp sugar
  • Mix it and fry on medium flame
  • Add cardamom powder and mix it
  • Turn off the flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Keep it aside to cool for 10 mins
  • Now heat tawa
  • Put batter on iy and spread. 
  • Keep the flame medium
  • Pour some ghee over it and turn it
  • Pour some ghee on other side too 
  • Cook till it turns golden color on both side
  • Put coconut stuff in the middle of the paratha
  • Fold it
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
