Matar Paratha

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Fresh Green Peas-1 cup, Wheat Flour-2 cup, Ginger-1 inch, Red Chilli-2, Cinnamon-2 pc, Cardamom-2 pc, Cloves-5 pc, Cumin Seeds-1 tsp, Salt, Oil Method Take 1 spoon oil in the pan and heat it Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and red chilli Add green peas, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and salt and m ix it Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame once peas becomes soft, t urn off the flame Take it out in a plate and l et it cool down Put it in the mixer jar and g rind it Take it out in a plate Take wheat flour in a bowl, a dd salt and mix it Add a little water and knead its soft dough Make balls Take a ball and put some dry flour on it and r oll it Fill Peas Masala stuffing Fold from all side Put some dry flour and r oll it Heat tawa, p ut the paratha Cook on medium flame Turn it and a pply oil Turn it and apply oil on the other side Take it out in a plate It's ready. Lal sag ka paratha

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Wheat Flour-2 cup, Red Saag,  Ghee, Carom Seeds (Ajwain)-1 tsp, Kalonji (Mangrella)-1 tsp, Salt Method Cut read saag Take wheat flour in a bowl Add 1 tsp kalonji, 1 tsp carom seeds, Salt and 2 spoon ghee and mix it Add red saag and mix it Add some water and mix it Leave it for 5 mins Make balls Dust it with little flour and roll it Heat Pan, a pply some ghee and put  paratha on it Cook it on medium flame Turn it, a pply ghee on it Turn it Apply ghee on it Take it out in the plate It's ready. (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Aata (Wheat Flour) -250 gms, Banana-4 pc, Cashew-15 to 20 pc, Milk-250 ml, Milk maid (Condensed milk)-150 ml, Sugar-2 spoon, Ghee -2 spoon, Cardamom Powder-1 tsp, Raisin-20 to 25 pc Method Take banana in the mixer jar Add cashew, Sugar and some milk and g rind it Take it out of the bowl Add raisin, milk maid, cardamom powder and milk and m ix it Add wheat flour little by little and mix it Heat pan, p ut little ghee and spread it Now put batter on it Cook on medium flame Put little ghee over it and t urn it Cook on medium flame till it turns golden color on both sides Take it out in the plate It's ready.   Ingredients Sesame Seeds (Til)-200 gms, Jaggery-250 gms, Cashew-10 pc, Almonds-10 pc, Ghee-1 spoon Method Take sesame seeds in the pan Fry for 2 mins on medium flame and t ake it out in a plate Leave it for sometime to cool down Put it in the mixer jar and g rind it Put 1 spoon ghee in the pan and heat it Add jaggery,  1/2 cup water Cook it until the jaggery melts down Cook for 5 mins on medium flame Add sesame seeds and m ix it Turn the flame medium Cook for 2 mins on medium flame Turn off the flame Put butter paper on the plate Apply some oil on it Put til mix and s pread it Add dry fruits on the top and p ress it Leave  it foe sometime to cool down Cut it It's ready. Ingredients Bread-6 pieces, Butter-2 spoon, Mozzarella Cheese, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Sauce-2 spoon Method Grate chocolate Apply chocolate sauce in the bread Put grated chocolate over it Put grated cheese over it Keep one bread on another Apply butter over it Now heat the pan Put the butter part bread down on the Pan Apply butter on it Cook on medium flame Turn it and c ook other side too on medium flame Cut it Put Grated cheese and grated chocolate over it It's ready. (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Bread-7 pc, Milk-250 ml, Sugar-1 cup, Ghee-4 spoon, Cardamom Powder-1 tsp, Raisin-20 to 25 pc, Cashew-10 to 15 pc, Almonds-10 to 15 pc Method Remove edge of bread Cut the bread into 4 pieces Take ghee in the pan and heat it Add cashew and almonds Fry on medium flame take it out Put bread pieces and fry on low flame Turn it and t ake it out in a plate Take 1 cup sugar in the pan Add 1 1/2 cup water Add dry fruits, raisin, milk and cardamom powder Mix it and cook till it starts boiling Add bread pieces Cook for 5 mins on medium flame Turn off the flame It's ready. (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Green Chana-1/2 kg, Onion-3, Tomato-2, Ginger-2 inch, Garlic-10 pc, Salt, Coriander Powder-1 tsp, Cumin Powder-1 tsp, Turmeric Powder-1 tsp, Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp, Oil-2 spoon Method Take 2 spoon oil in the cooker  and heat it Add garlic, ginger and green chilli, onion Cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add tomato, m ix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add green chana Mix it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame Add 1 1/2 glass water and salt and m ix it Close cooker lid Cook on high flame till one whistle Now cook for 25 mins on medium flame Turn off the flame and let it cool down Add coriander leaves on the top It's ready. (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Boiled Sweet Corn-2- gms, Boiled Potatoes-4, Carrot-1/4 cup, Cabbage-1/4 cup, Bens-1/4 cup, Green Capsicum-1/4 cup, Broccoli-1/4 cup, Lemon-1, Curry Leaves-10, Green chilli-2, Ghee-1 spoon, Salt, Black Salt-1/2 tsp, Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp, Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp, Chat Masala-1 tsp, Cumin Seeds-1 tsp Method Take ghee in a pan and heat it Add cumin and curry leaves Add green chilli, boiled potatoes, salt and m ix it Cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add broccoli, beans, capsicum, cabbage, carrot, broccoli stem and salt Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame Add boiled sweet corn, black pepper powder, black salt, fry cumin powder and chat masala and m ix it Cook for 2 mins on medium flame Add lemon juice and m ix it It's ready. सामग्री - बोनलेस चिकन -25 ग्राम, अंडा -1, सिरका -1 चम्मच, सोया सॉस -1 चम्मच, मकई का आटा -2 चम्मच, नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर -1 छोटा चम्मच, दरदरा लाल मिर्च  -1छोटा चम्मच, लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1 छोटा चम्मच, मैदा -1 / 2 कप, पावरोटी का चुरा  -1 / 2 कप, तेल तरीका एक कटोरे में चिकन लें इसमे अंडा, काली मिर्च पाउडर, सोया सॉस, सिरका,दरदरा लाल मिर्च , मकई का आटा और नमक डालकर मिलाएं इसे 15 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें अब पावरोटी का चुरा को प्लेट में निकाल लें इसमे मैदा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और नमक डालें और मिलाएँ इसमें चिकन के टुकड़े डालें और इसे कोट करें कड़ाही में तेल लें और गरम करें इसमे चिकन के टुकड़े डालें और इसे मध्यम आंच पर  पकाएं इसे तब तक पकाएं जब तक यह दोनों तरफ से सुनहरे रंग का न हो जाए अब इसे बाहर निकाल ले  यह तैयार है। इसका आनंद लें कृपया मेरे ब्लॉग का अनुसरण करें और अपना बहुमूल्य सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया दें। कृपया अंग्रेजी सबटाइटल के साथ मेरे यू ट्यूब चैनल पर इस वीडियो को देखें https://youtu.be/GL3neDoFlHU
