Matar Paratha
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Fresh Green Peas-1 cup, Wheat Flour-2 cup, Ginger-1 inch, Red Chilli-2, Cinnamon-2 pc, Cardamom-2 pc, Cloves-5 pc, Cumin Seeds-1 tsp, Salt, Oil Method Take 1 spoon oil in the pan and heat it Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and red chilli Add green peas, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and salt and m ix it Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame once peas becomes soft, t urn off the flame Take it out in a plate and l et it cool down Put it in the mixer jar and g rind it Take it out in a plate Take wheat flour in a bowl, a dd salt and mix it Add a little water and knead its soft dough Make balls Take a ball and put some dry flour on it and r oll it Fill Peas Masala stuffing Fold from all side Put some dry flour and r oll it Heat tawa, p ut the paratha Cook on medium flame Turn it and a pply oil Turn it and apply oil on the other side Take it out in a plate It's ready.
