(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Maida-1 1/2 cup,
  • Milk- 1 cup,
  • Curd-4 spoon,
  • Onion-1,
  • Carrot-1,
  • Capsicum (green, yellow, red)-1 cup,
  • Spring onion-1/4 cup,
  • Green chilli-1,
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
  • Boiled Potato-2,
  • Salt,
  • Red chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp,
  • Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Cooking oil

Method

  • Take 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add green chilli and onion
  • Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add all capsicums, carrot
  • Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add boiled potato
  • Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Add 1 tsp cumin powder, salt
  • Add 1 tsp chaat masala and mix it
  • Add spring onion, coriander and mix it
  • Turn off the flame
  • Take maida in the bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp sugar, salt,2 tsp oil and 4 tsp curd and mix it
  • Add some milk to it and mix it
  • Heat the pan
  • Apply some oil in it
  • Pour the batter into it and spread it
  • Turn the flame medium
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Apply oil on the top
  • Turn it and cook till it turns golden in colour
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Take a spoon of maida in the bowl
  • Add water and make a thin solution
  • Put masala in the middle and fold it
  • Apply maida solution and fold it
  • Apply both side maida solution and fold it
  • Heat pan and put oil
  • Put it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Apply oil
  • Turn it
  • Cook till it turns golden color from another side
  • It's ready. Enjoy
