(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Maida-1 1/2 cup,
- Milk- 1 cup,
- Curd-4 spoon,
- Onion-1,
- Carrot-1,
- Capsicum (green, yellow, red)-1 cup,
- Spring onion-1/4 cup,
- Green chilli-1,
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
- Boiled Potato-2,
- Salt,
- Red chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Sugar-1/2 tsp,
- Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
- Cooking oil
Method
- Take 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it
- Add green chilli and onion
- Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add all capsicums, carrot
- Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add boiled potato
- Mix it and fry for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Add 1 tsp cumin powder, salt
- Add 1 tsp chaat masala and mix it
- Add spring onion, coriander and mix it
- Turn off the flame
- Take maida in the bowl
- Add 1/2 tsp sugar, salt,2 tsp oil and 4 tsp curd and mix it
- Add some milk to it and mix it
- Heat the pan
- Apply some oil in it
- Pour the batter into it and spread it
- Turn the flame medium
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Apply oil on the top
- Turn it and cook till it turns golden in colour
- Take it out in a plate
- Take a spoon of maida in the bowl
- Add water and make a thin solution
- Put masala in the middle and fold it
- Apply maida solution and fold it
- Apply both side maida solution and fold it
- Heat pan and put oil
- Put it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Apply oil
- Turn it
- Cook till it turns golden color from another side
- It's ready. Enjoy
