Til Gur Ki Burfi

 


Ingredients

  • Sesame Seeds (Til)-200 gms,
  • Jaggery-250 gms,
  • Cashew-10 pc,
  • Almonds-10 pc,
  • Ghee-1 spoon

Method

  • Take sesame seeds in the pan
  • Fry for 2 mins on medium flame and take it out in a plate
  • Leave it for sometime to cool down
  • Put it in the mixer jar and grind it
  • Put 1 spoon ghee in the pan and heat it
  • Add jaggery, 1/2 cup water
  • Cook it until the jaggery melts down
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add sesame seeds and mix it
  • Turn the flame medium
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame
  • Put butter paper on the plate
  • Apply some oil on it
  • Put til mix and spread it
  • Add dry fruits on the top and press it
  • Leave it foe sometime to cool down
  • Cut it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
