Lal sag ka paratha
(Note : tsp
stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Red Saag,
- Ghee,
- Carom Seeds (Ajwain)-1 tsp,
- Kalonji (Mangrella)-1 tsp,
- Salt
Method
- Cut read saag
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add 1 tsp kalonji, 1 tsp carom seeds, Salt and 2 spoon ghee and mix it
- Add red saag and mix it
- Add some water and mix it
- Leave it for 5 mins
- Make balls
- Dust it with little flour and roll it
- Heat Pan, apply some ghee and put paratha on it
- Cook it on medium flame
- Turn it, apply ghee on it
- Turn it
- Apply ghee on it
- Take it out in the plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
