Make healthy peanut Salad in home
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Soaked Peanut-1 cup,
- Cucumber-1/4 cup,
- Onion-1/4 cup,
- Tomato-1/4 cup,
- Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Carrot-1/4 cup,
- Coconut-1/4 cup,
- Green chilli-1,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Black Salt,
- Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp
Method
- Take peanut in the bowl
- Add cucumber, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, carrot, coconut, green chilli, black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, lemon juice and mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
