Make healthy peanut Salad in home


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients

  • Soaked Peanut-1 cup,
  • Cucumber-1/4 cup,
  • Onion-1/4 cup,
  • Tomato-1/4 cup,
  • Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
  • Carrot-1/4 cup,
  • Coconut-1/4 cup,
  • Green chilli-1,
  • Lemon-1/2,
  • Black Salt,
  • Chaat Masala-1/2 tsp

Method

  • Take peanut in the bowl
  • Add cucumber, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, carrot, coconut, green chilli, black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, lemon juice and mix it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
