Tomato Ketchup

 


Ingredients

  • Tomato-1 kg,
  • Sugar-100 gm,
  • Viniger-4 spoon,
  • Salt,
  • Red Chilli-5 pieces,
  • Beet Root-1/2 cup

 Method

  • Cut tomato into small pieces and put in the cooker
  • Put beet root, red chilli and half glass water
  • Close the lid and cook it for 3 to 4 whistles on medium flame
  • Turn off the flame and let it cool down. 
  • Put it in the mixer jar and make a paste
  • Stain it
  • Now put it in the pan, add salt, sugar and vinegar and mix it
  • Cook on medium flame for 15 minutes
  • Once it is thick turn off the flame
  • It's ready. enjoy
