Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients
- Tomato-1 kg,
- Sugar-100 gm,
- Viniger-4 spoon,
- Salt,
- Red Chilli-5 pieces,
- Beet Root-1/2 cup
- Cut tomato into small pieces and put in the cooker
- Put beet root, red chilli and half glass water
- Close the lid and cook it for 3 to 4 whistles on medium flame
- Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Put it in the mixer jar and make a paste
- Stain it
- Now put it in the pan, add salt, sugar and vinegar and mix it
- Cook on medium flame for 15 minutes
- Once it is thick turn off the flame
- It's ready. enjoy
