Gobhi Paratha

 


(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)


Ingredients

  • Cauliflower-1,
  • Carrot-1,
  • Coriander leaves-1/2 cup,
  • Green chilli-1,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Wheat Flour-2 cup,
  • Ghee-4 spoon,
  • Ajwain-1 tbsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Salt

 

Method

 

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Make soft dough by adding water.
  • Cover it and leave it for 10 minutes
  • Now grate cauliflower, carrot and ginger
  • Add green chilli, coriander leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, ajwain and Mix it
  • Now make balls from dough. 
  • Take one ball and dust it with dry flour
  • Put the stuffing and seal the edges
  • Put some dry flour on it, press it and Roll it
  • Now heat the tawa
  • Put paratha and cook on medium flame
  • Flip it and apply ghee
  • Flip it again and apply ghee on the other side
  • Cook the paratha till it turns golden on both the sides
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Its ready, Enjoy
