Banana Pancake

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Aata (Wheat Flour) -250 gms,
  • Banana-4 pc,
  • Cashew-15 to 20 pc,
  • Milk-250 ml,
  • Milk maid (Condensed milk)-150 ml,
  • Sugar-2 spoon,
  • Ghee -2 spoon,
  • Cardamom Powder-1 tsp,
  • Raisin-20 to 25 pc

Method

  • Take banana in the mixer jar
  • Add cashew, Sugar and some milk and grind it
  • Take it out of the bowl
  • Add raisin, milk maid, cardamom powder and milk and mix it
  • Add wheat flour little by little and mix it
  • Heat pan, put little ghee and spread it
  • Now put batter on it
  • Cook on medium flame
  • Put little ghee over it and turn it
  • Cook on medium flame till it turns golden color on both sides
  • Take it out in the plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
