Hyderabadi Double Ka Mitha
(Note : tsp
stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Bread-7 pc,
- Milk-250 ml,
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Ghee-4 spoon,
- Cardamom Powder-1 tsp,
- Raisin-20 to 25 pc,
- Cashew-10 to 15 pc,
- Almonds-10 to 15 pc
Method
- Remove edge of bread
- Cut the bread into 4 pieces
- Take ghee in the pan and heat it
- Add cashew and almonds
- Fry on medium flame
- take it out
- Put bread pieces and fry on low flame
- Turn it and take it out in a plate
- Take 1 cup sugar in the pan
- Add 1 1/2 cup water
- Add dry fruits, raisin, milk and cardamom powder
- Mix it and cook till it starts boiling
- Add bread pieces
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Turn off the flame
- It's ready. Enjoy
