Mumbai Style Tawa Pulao
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Boiled Basmati Rice-2 cup,
- Onion-2,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Boiled Potatoes-3,
- Tomato-2,
- Peas-1 cup
- Pav Bhaji Masala-2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder-2 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1 tsp,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Oil,
Method
- Take 2 tsp oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, green chilli, onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add tomato and mix it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp pepper powder,2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp pav bhaji masala and mix it
- Add boiled potatoes, spring onion and peas
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add salt and mix it
- Add boiled rice and mix it
- Add garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice
- Mix it and cook for 1 min on medium flame
- Add coriander leaves and mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
