Papri Chaat

  (Note : tbsp stands for table spoon) Ingredien ts Papri -10 pieces Dried peas -1 cup Onion -2, Tomato -2 Coriander Leaves -1/4 cup Green Chilli -2 Masala Cumin Seeds-1 tsp, Salt, Oil-2 tsp, Cumin Powder-1 tsp, Coriander Powder-1 tsp, Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp, Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tsp, Turmeric Powder-1 tsp and Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp Method Soak Peas overnight in water.  Next day, boil peas in a pressure cooker with 2 glass water and salt Close the lid. Boil it for 3 to 4 whistle on medium flame Turn off the flame. Let it cool down Now Heat oil in pan Add cumin seeds, green chilli and fry it for 30 seconds on medium flame Add chopped onion and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and salt and mix well Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder Fry it for 5 minutes on medium flame Add boiled peas and fry it for 1 minutes on medium flame It is ready and turn off the flame Put papri and chat in se

  (Note : tbsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients   A few leaves of Parsley, 1inch piece stick of Cinnamon, 1 spoon Cumin and 1 spoon Fennel seeds   Method Take half liter of water in the pot. Add parsley leaves, cinnamon, fennel seeds and cumin and b oil it  for 10 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame and s tain it. Its ready. Paneer Paratha

  (Note : tbsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Paneer-250 gm, Wheat Flour-2 cup, Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup, Green Chilli-1, Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp, Dry Mango Powder-1 tbsp, Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbsp, Coriander Powder-1 tbsp, Salt and Ghee -4 spoon   Method Take wheat flour in a bowl Add salt and mix it Add a little water and knead its soft dough Keep it covered for 10 minutes Now grate Paneer, add salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix it Make balls of wheat flour dough. Take a ball and put some dry flour in it and roll it Fill panner stuffing Fold from all side Put some dry flour Press it and roll it Heat tawa and p ut the paratha Cook for 1 minute on medium flame and t urn it Cook other side also for one minute on medium flame Apply ghee Turn it and apply ghee on the other side Cook it till it turns golden color Take it out in a plate Paneer Paratha is ready Pl follow

Tomato Ketchup

Home Made Paneer

  Ingredients Milk-2 Litre Lemon-1   Method Boil the milk and turn off the flame.  Squeeze juice from lemon Add lemon juice to the milk little at a time and stir The Milk will now start to ferment, once its complete stain it.  Wash with water to remove the lemon flavor Put cotton cloth on the plate and pour stuff Fold it and press with some heavy thing to remove extra water.  Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours. Methi Laccha Paratha

  Ingredients   Wheat Flour-2 cup, Fenugreek Leaves-1 cup, Ghee-4 spoon, Carom Seeds-1 spoon, Salt   Method Chop the fenugreek leaves first Put wheat flour, finely chopped fenugreek leaves and carman seeds in the bowl Add salt, 2 spoon ghee and mix it Add water and knead it to dough Take a small portion of dough and roll in the ball shape Dust it with little flour and press and Roll it Apply ghee on it Put flour on the ghee side Fold the inside and the top side outside Similarly once inside and one outside Pleat it like a paper fan as shown in video Apply some ghee on it too And fold it Putting the last part of it inward and press it Put little bit of flour and roll it Heat tawa Apply some ghee on the tawa and place the paratha on it Cook it on the medium flame Flip it and apply ghee Flip it again and apply ghee on the other side Cook this medium flame Once paratha turned to golden in color from both sides, take it out in the plate and serve.   (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients   Milk-1/2 litre, Sugar-1 spoon, Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp, Almonds-7pc, Dates-10 pc   Method Soak dates and almond in water for an hour. After that peel almond. Take almonds and dates in the mixer jar and make a paste. Boil the milk Put almond and date paste Mix it and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes Add sugar and cardamom powder Garnish the glass with chocolate syrup Put the milkshake Garnish with almonds Its ready. स्वादिष्ट मसालेदार आलू फ्राई रेसिपी

  सामग्री उबले हुए आलू -12 टुकड़े, प्याज -2, टमाटर -2, धनिये के पत्ते धनिया पाउडर -2 बड़े चम्मच, हल्दी पाउडर -2 बड़े चम्मच, लाल मिर्च पाउडर -2 बड़े चम्मच, जीरा पाउडर -1 बड़ा चम्मच, गरम मसाला पाउडर -1 / 2 बड़ा चम्मच, नमक, मेथी पत्तियां -1 बड़ा चम्मच, काली मिर्च पाउडर -1 / 2 बड़े चम्मच, अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट -1 -1/2 चम्मच तेजपात  -2, कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च -2, लौंग -4, इलायची -2, दालचीनी-1 टुकड़ा , तेल -4 चम्मच तरीका आलू को कांटे से छेद  लें और दो आधे टुकड़ों में काट लें। 2 चम्मच तेल डालकर गर्म करें उबला हुआ आलू, हल्दी पाउडर, 1/2 चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर और नमक डालें, भूनें और इसे बाहर निकालें अब प्याज को मध्यम आंच पर 2 मिनट के लिए फ्राई पैन में भूनें टमाटर और नमक डालें इसे मिलाएं और मध्यम आंच पर 2 मिनट तक पकाएं आंच बंद कर दें और इसे ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें इसे मिक्सी के जार में डालें और पेस्ट करें अब फिर से पैन में 2 चम्मच  तेल लें और उसे गर्म करें तेजपात, दालचीनी, इलायची, लौंग और लाल मिर्च डालें ऊपर तैयार पेस्ट डालें और मिलाएं। इसे ढककर मध्यम आंच पर 2 मिनट तक पकाएं धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, अदरक-लहसु

  (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Boiled Potato-4, Dried Peas-1 cup, Onion-2, Tomato-2, Coriander Leaves-1/4 cup Green Chilli-2, Cumin Seeds-1 tsp, Salt, Oil-2 tsp, Cumin Powder-1 tsp, Coriander Powder-1 tsp, Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp, Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tsp, Turmeric Powder-1 tsp and Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp   Method Soak dried peas o vernight in water Boil dried peas in a pressure cooker with 2 glass water and salt for 3 to 4 whistle on medium flame.  Turn off the flame Now heat oil in the pan Add cumin seeds, green chilli and fry it for 30 seconds on medium flame Add onion and cook until it turns golden brown Add ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt and mix well Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder Mix well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame Add boiled peas and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame Your Chaat is ready Boil potatoes, and peel it. Add salt and mix it Make soft dough by adding water.   (Note : tbsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Boiled chana-2 cup, Tomato-1, Onion-1, Lemon-1/2, Green Chilli-1, Carrot-1, Coconut, Coriander leaves, Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp, Chat Masala-1/2 tsp, Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp, Black Salt-1 tsp, Mustard Oil-1 spoon,   Method Cut all item (except boiled chana) into pieces.  Put chana in the mixing bowl Add onion, carrot, green chilli, tomato, coriander leaves and coconut Add red chilli powder-1 tsp, chat masala-1/2 tsp, fry cumin powder-1 tsp, black salt-1 tsp, mustard oil-1 spoon and lemon juice and mix it.  Its ready. Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredients Bread-10 pieces, Dry Fruits-1/4 cup, Sugar-1 cup, Milk-1/2 cup, Ghee to fry Method Take sugar in a pot and add water Heat till sugar melt and it becomes thick Sugar syrup is ready Remove thick portion round the bread, and crush all the breads.  Add some milk and mash it Mix it for 2 to 3 minutes When it becomes soft, make small balls Stuff dry fruits inside the ball.   (Note : tbs stands for table spoon) Ingredients Boiled Potato-500 gm, Onion-3(paste), Tomato-2(paste), Mustard oil-4 spoon, Cloves-4, Cinnamom-1 inch, Bay Leaves-2, Cumin seeds-1 tbs, Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tbs, Salt, Turmeric Powder-2 tbs, Red Chilli Powder-2 tbs, Coriander Powder-1 tbs, Cumin Powder-1 tbs, Pepper Powder-!/2 tbs, Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbs Method Boil potato in cooker and peel it once it is cool down.   Ingredients   Parle-G -1 packet  Milk-1 cup, Sugar Powder-1/2 cup, ENO-1 tbsp, Raisin-2 spoon, Cashews-2 spoon, Tutti Frutti-2 spoon Method Take the biscuits in the mixie jar and g rind it Take it out in a bowl Add sugar powder, and mix it Add milk little by little and mix it Add ENO Add the remaining milk and mix it Round the spoon in a single direction while mixing.  Add tutti frutti, raisin and cashews and mix it Take a small cooking pot which can be inserted in the cooker.  Put some oil and apply it all around Dust it with maida flour Put the batter in it Add tutti frutti,cashews and raisin Now heat cooker, p ut salt in the cooker and p ut stand on it Close the lid without whistle and gasket Pre heat for 10 minutes Now open cooker and put pot inside the Cooker  Close the lid and bake for 30 minute on medium low flame Open the lid,  Put a toothpick in the middle If toothpick does not stick to cake, then it is ready Let it cool down Scratch the edges with knife Take i
