Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

  • Bread-10 pieces,
  • Dry Fruits-1/4 cup,
  • Sugar-1 cup,
  • Milk-1/2 cup,
  • Ghee to fry

Method

  • Take sugar in a pot and add water
  • Heat till sugar melt and it becomes thick
  • Sugar syrup is ready
  • Remove thick portion round the bread, and crush all the breads. 
  • Add some milk and mash it
  • Mix it for 2 to 3 minutes
  • When it becomes soft, make small balls
  • Stuff dry fruits inside the ball.
  • Heat ghee in the pan
  • Put balls and fry from all side on medium flame till it turns golden in colour. 
  • Then take it out and put it in sugar syrup. 
  • Sugar syrup should be hot. 
  • Leave it for half an hour
  • Its ready, give first Gulab jamun to kids.
