Bread Gulab Jamun
Ingredients
- Bread-10 pieces,
- Dry Fruits-1/4 cup,
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Milk-1/2 cup,
- Ghee to fry
Method
- Take sugar in a pot and add water
- Heat till sugar melt and it becomes thick
- Sugar syrup is ready
- Remove thick portion round the bread, and crush all the breads.
- Add some milk and mash it
- Mix it for 2 to 3 minutes
- When it becomes soft, make small balls
- Stuff dry fruits inside the ball.
- Heat ghee in the pan
- Put balls and fry from all side on medium flame till it turns golden in colour.
- Then take it out and put it in sugar syrup.
- Sugar syrup should be hot.
- Leave it for half an hour
- Its ready, give first Gulab jamun to kids.
