Ingredients

  • Milk-2 Litre
  • Lemon-1

 

Method

  • Boil the milk and turn off the flame. 
  • Squeeze juice from lemon
  • Add lemon juice to the milk little at a time and stir
  • The Milk will now start to ferment, once its complete stain it. 
  • Wash with water to remove the lemon flavor
  • Put cotton cloth on the plate and pour stuff
  • Fold it and press with some heavy thing to remove extra water. 
  • Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Paneer is Ready
