Home Made Paneer
Ingredients
- Milk-2 Litre
- Lemon-1
Method
- Boil the milk and turn off the flame.
- Squeeze juice from lemon
- Add lemon juice to the milk little at a time and stir
- The Milk will now start to ferment, once its complete stain it.
- Wash with water to remove the lemon flavor
- Put cotton cloth on the plate and pour stuff
- Fold it and press with some heavy thing to remove extra water.
- Keep in refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Paneer is Ready
