Paneer Paratha

 

(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Paneer-250 gm,
  • Wheat Flour-2 cup,
  • Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Dry Mango Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbsp,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tbsp,
  • Salt and
  • Ghee -4 spoon

 Method

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Add a little water and knead its soft dough
  • Keep it covered for 10 minutes
  • Now grate Paneer, add salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix it
  • Make balls of wheat flour dough.
  • Take a ball and put some dry flour in it and roll it
  • Fill panner stuffing
  • Fold from all side
  • Put some dry flour
  • Press it and roll it
  • Heat tawa and put the paratha
  • Cook for 1 minute on medium flame and turn it
  • Cook other side also for one minute on medium flame
  • Apply ghee
  • Turn it and apply ghee on the other side
  • Cook it till it turns golden color
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Paneer Paratha is ready
