Paneer Paratha
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Paneer-250 gm,
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tbsp,
- Dry Mango Powder-1 tbsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbsp,
- Coriander Powder-1 tbsp,
- Salt and
- Ghee -4 spoon
Method
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add salt and mix it
- Add a little water and knead its soft dough
- Keep it covered for 10 minutes
- Now grate Paneer, add salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix it
- Make balls of wheat flour dough.
- Take a ball and put some dry flour in it and roll it
- Fill panner stuffing
- Fold from all side
- Put some dry flour
- Press it and roll it
- Heat tawa and put the paratha
- Cook for 1 minute on medium flame and turn it
- Cook other side also for one minute on medium flame
- Apply ghee
- Turn it and apply ghee on the other side
- Cook it till it turns golden color
- Take it out in a plate
- Paneer Paratha is ready
