Methi Laccha Paratha
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Fenugreek Leaves-1 cup,
- Ghee-4 spoon,
- Carom Seeds-1 spoon,
- Salt
Method
- Chop the fenugreek leaves first
- Put wheat flour, finely chopped fenugreek leaves and carman seeds in the bowl
- Add salt, 2 spoon ghee and mix it
- Add water and knead it to dough
- Take a small portion of dough and roll in the ball shape
- Dust it with little flour and press and Roll it
- Apply ghee on it
- Put flour on the ghee side
- Fold the inside and the top side outside
- Similarly once inside and one outside
- Pleat it like a paper fan as shown in video
- Apply some ghee on it too
- And fold it
- Putting the last part of it inward and press it
- Put little bit of flour and roll it
- Heat tawa
- Apply some ghee on the tawa and place the paratha on it
- Cook it on the medium flame
- Flip it and apply ghee
- Flip it again and apply ghee on the other side
- Cook this medium flame
- Once paratha turned to golden in color from both sides, take it out in the plate and serve.
