Chana Salad
(Note : tbsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Boiled chana-2 cup,
- Tomato-1,
- Onion-1,
- Lemon-1/2,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Carrot-1,
- Coconut,
- Coriander leaves,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Chat Masala-1/2 tsp,
- Fry Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Black Salt-1 tsp,
- Mustard Oil-1 spoon,
Method
- Cut all item (except boiled chana) into pieces.
- Put chana in the mixing bowl
- Add onion, carrot, green chilli, tomato, coriander leaves and coconut
- Add red chilli powder-1 tsp, chat masala-1/2 tsp, fry cumin powder-1 tsp, black salt-1 tsp, mustard oil-1 spoon and lemon juice and mix it.
- Its ready. Serve first this to your Father.
