(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)   Ingredients All purpose Flour (Maida) -2 cup, Warm Milk-1 cup, Curd-1/4 cup, Oil-2 spoon, Coriander Leaves-1 spoon, Kalonji (Mangrella)-1 spoon, Salt, Sugar-1 spoon, Baking Powder-1 tsp, Baking Soda-1/2 tsp Method Take flour (maida) in a bowl Add baking powder, baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and m ix it Now take milk in a bowl, a dd curd, 1 tsp sugar and m ix it Add 2 spoon oil and mix it Now add this little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough Cover it and leave for 15 to 20 mins Apply some oil on hand and make ball of dough Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it Sprinkle some kalonji, coriander leaves and r oll again Flip and apply some water on other side Heat iron pan on high flame Put water side part down and turn the flame low Bubble will start appearing Now flip the tawa and put the roti side in flame. Take half of the batter in another bowl Add a spoon cocoa powder, a spoon milk and m ix it Apply oil in the pan Put butter paper on it Apply oil over it Heat the pan on high flame Put little bit white batter in the pan Put cocoa powder mixed batter over it Again white batter Again cocoa batter And repeat, one white batter then cocoa power mixed batter Make design with the help of a toothpick.   (Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Pomegranate-2, Grated Coconut, Sugar-1 and 1/2 cup, Milk Powder-1/2 cup, Corn Flour-2 spoon, Cardamom Powder-1 tsp Method Put pomegranate seeds in the mixer jar, g rind and s tain it. Add 3 spoon sugar and 2 spoon corn flour and m ix it Cook on medium flame It will become thick in 3 to 4 minutes Take a bowl and a pply oil on it Put butter paper on it Apply oil over butter paper and pour just cooked pomegranate batter Spread with the help of a spoon Keep it in the fridge for 10 mins Take grated coconut in the pan Cook for 5 mins on medium flame Add sugar, milk powder and m ix it Cook for 5 mins on medium flame Add 1 tsp cardamom powder and m ix it Put it over pomegranate batter Spread with the help of a spoon Garnish with pomegranate seed. सामग्री- गेहूं का आटा -1 और 1/2 कप, दूध -1 / 2 कप, चीनी का  पाउडर -1 / 2 कप, बिना नमक वाला  मक्खन -1 / 4 कप, कद्दूकस किया हुआ डार्क चॉकलेट -3 / 4 कप तरीका- एक कटोरे में गेहूं का आटा लें इसमे चीनी का पाउडर, मक्खन डालें और इसे मिलाएं इसमे थोड़ा सा दूध डालकर मिलाएं इसे बेल  लें और काट लें अब स्टैंड को पैन पर रखें, इसे ढक दें और मध्यम आंच पर 5 मिनट के लिए गर्म करें अब एक प्लेट पर तेल लगाएं और उस पर कटे हुए टुकड़े डालें। प्लेट को स्टैंड पर रखें, इसे ढक दे और मध्यम आंच पर 10 से 15 मिनट के लिए बेक करें आंच को बंद कर दें और इसे ठंडा होने दें डार्क चॉकलेट में एक चम्मच गर्म दूध डालें और इसे मिलाएं इसमें बिस्किट को साइड से डुबोएं इसे 10 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें यह तैयार है। इसका  आनंद लें कृपया मेरे ब्लॉग का अनुसरण करें और अपना बहुमूल्य सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया दें। कृपया अंग्रेजी सबटाइटल के साथ मेरे यू ट्यूब चैनल पर इस वीडियो को देखें https://youtu.be/03y2zfiLIXw

Valentine's Day Cake | वेलेंटाइन डे केक

  सामग्री- पारले-जी बिस्किट -25 ग्राम (20 रुप्पीस) दूध -3 / 4 कप, चीनी का  पाउडर -1 / 2 कप, जेम्स , बेकिंग पाउडर -1 छोटा चम्मच, बेकिंग सोडा -1 / 2 छोटा चम्मच, खाने वाला लाल  रंग तरीका- पैन को गरम कर लें पैन में नमक डालें इसके ऊपर स्टैंड लगाएं इसे ढक कर 10 मिनट के लिए गरम करें बिस्किट को तोड़कर जार में डालें और पीस लें इसे प्याले में निकाल लीजिए इसमें चीनी का पाउडर, 1 छोटा चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर और 1/2 छोटा चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा डालकर मिलाएं थोड़ा दूध डालें और मिलाएं 2 बूँद  लाल रंग डालें  और इसे मिलाएं अब केक टिन में तेल लगा लें इसमें बटर पेपर डालें उस पर तेल लगाएं इसमे बैटर डालें और इसे टैप करें पैन मे  केक टिन रखें इसे ढककर मध्यम आंच पर 25 से 30 मिनट तक बेक करें आंच को बंद कर दें। एक प्लेट में केक निकाल लें। बटर पेपर निकालें इसके ऊपर चीनी का  पाउडर और डार्क चॉकलेट का पाउडर डालें। इसके चारों ओर जेम्स लगाए  यह तैयार है।इसका आनंद लें कृपया मेरे ब्लॉग का अनुसरण करें और अपना बहुमूल्य सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया दें। कृपया अंग्रेजी सबटाइटल के साथ मेरे यू ट्यूब चैनल पर इस वीडियो को देखें https://youtu.be/

Put the plate on stand, cover it and bake for 10 to 15 mins  on medium flame Turn off the flame and l et it cool down Take one spoon of hot milk in dark chocolate and m ix it Dip the biscuit in it from sides  Leave it for 10 minutes It's ready.
