Ingredients
- Boiled Basmati Rice-2 cup,
- Boiled Soya chanks-1/2 cup,
- Carrot-1/4 cup
- Bens-1/4 cup,
- Yellow Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Red Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Green Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Spring Onion-1/4 cup,
- Garlic-2 spoon,
- Black Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
- Soya Sauce-2 spoon,
- Vinegar-1 spoon,
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
- Salt and Oil
Method
- Put 2 spoon oil in the pan and heat it
- Add boiled soya chunks, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Put 2 spoon oil in the pan and heat it
- Add garlic, carrot and bens
- Cook for 1 to 2 mins on medium flame
- Add capsicums and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add cabbage and cook for a minute
- Add boiled rice, add salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder and mix it
- Add 1 spoon vinegar,2 spoon soya sauce and mix it
- Add fry soya chunks
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add spring onion and serve it
- It's ready. Enjoy
