Ingredients
- Boiled Eggs-4 pc,
- Tomato-2,
- Onion-3,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander Leaves,
- Salt,
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Pav Bhaji Masala-1 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp,
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
- Butter-1 tsp and cooking oil
Method
- Take 3 spoon oil in the pan and heat it
- Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and green chilli
- Add onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add tomatoes, salt and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Grate boiled eggs
- Add grated boiled eggs and mix it
- Add 1/2 glass water and salt
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 1 tsp butter and coriander leaves and mix it
- Butter is optional
- It's ready. Enjoy
