How to Egg Keema, Tasty restaurant style Egg Keema, Home made tasty egg keema, Egg keema recipe


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Boiled Eggs-4 pc,
  • Tomato-2,
  • Onion-3,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Leaves,
  • Salt,
  • Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Pav Bhaji Masala-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp,
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tsp,
  • Butter-1 tsp and cooking oil

Method

  • Take 3 spoon oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and green chilli
  • Add onion and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add tomatoes, salt and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Grate boiled eggs 
  • Add grated boiled eggs and mix it
  • Add 1/2 glass water and salt
  • Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp butter and coriander leaves and mix it
  • Butter is optional
  • It's ready. Enjoy
