मेथी मटर मलाई रेसिपी\Learn Methi Matar Recipe in just 3 mins\Terrace Kitchen\Methi Matar Malai Sabji

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Fenugreek Leaves (Methi Leaves)-1 cup,
  • Onion-1,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Matar-1 cup,
  • Cooking oil,
  • Fresh Cream-1/2 cup,
  • Paste (Tomato-2, Ginger-1 inch, Cashew-10),
  • Red Chilli powder-1 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp,
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp

Method

  • Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, onion and green chilli
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add tomato, ginger, cashew paste and mix it
  • Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1/2 glass water
  • Add green peas, salt and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 5 to 7 mins on medium flame
  • Add fenugreek leaves and mix it
  • Add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp fenugreek leaves and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1/2 tsp sugar, cream, salt and mix it
  • Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add coriander leaves and mix it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
