Ingredients
- Fenugreek Leaves (Methi Leaves)-1 cup,
- Onion-1,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Matar-1 cup,
- Cooking oil,
- Fresh Cream-1/2 cup,
- Paste (Tomato-2, Ginger-1 inch, Cashew-10),
- Red Chilli powder-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt,
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Dry Fenugreek Leaves-1 tsp,
- Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp,
- Sugar-1/2 tsp
Method
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, onion and green chilli
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add tomato, ginger, cashew paste and mix it
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
- Add 1/2 glass water
- Add green peas, salt and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 5 to 7 mins on medium flame
- Add fenugreek leaves and mix it
- Add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp fenugreek leaves and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 1/2 tsp sugar, cream, salt and mix it
- Cover it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add coriander leaves and mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
