Pomegranate Coconut Burfi, How to make coconut burfi in home, Homemade sweet

 


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate-2,
  • Grated Coconut,
  • Sugar-1 and 1/2 cup,
  • Milk Powder-1/2 cup,
  • Corn Flour-2 spoon,
  • Cardamom Powder-1 tsp

Method

  • Put pomegranate seeds in the mixer jar, grind and stain it.
  • Add 3 spoon sugar and 2 spoon corn flour and mix it
  • Cook on medium flame
  • It will become thick in 3 to 4 minutes
  • Take a bowl and apply oil on it
  • Put butter paper on it
  • Apply oil over butter paper and pour just cooked pomegranate batter
  • Spread with the help of a spoon
  • Keep it in the fridge for 10 mins
  • Take grated coconut in the pan
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add sugar, milk powder and mix it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Add 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix it
  • Put it over pomegranate batter
  • Spread with the help of a spoon
  • Garnish with pomegranate seed.
  • Keep for half an hour in freeze
  • Take it out in a plate after 30 minutes.
  • Remove butter paper and cut it into pieces.
  • It's ready. Enjoy
