Ingredients
- Flattened Rice (Poha)-1 cup,
- Semolina(Suji)-1/2 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Oats-1/3 cup
- Red Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Yellow Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Green Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Onion-2 spoon,
- Carrot-2 spoon,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Lemon-1/2
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
- Salt,
- Baking Soda-1 pinch,
- Chilly Flakes-1 tsp,
- and Oil
Method
- Put poha in a bowl and wash it
- Put in a mixi jar
- Add oats, semolina, curd, ginger and 1/2 cup water and grind it
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add onion, capsicums, carrot, green chilli and coriander leaves
- Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Add salt and mix it
- Add 1 pinch baking soda and lemon juice and mix it
- Put some oil on the pan and heat it
- Put the batter and spread
- Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Apply some oil over it and turn it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
