कम तेल मे बना सुबह का टेस्टी नाश्ता | Learn Poha Breakfast Recipe in just 2 mins | Terrace Kitchen


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Flattened Rice (Poha)-1 cup,
  • Semolina(Suji)-1/2 cup,
  • Curd-1/2 cup,
  • Oats-1/3 cup
  • Red Capsicum-2 spoon,
  • Yellow Capsicum-2 spoon,
  • Green Capsicum-2 spoon,
  • Onion-2 spoon,
  • Carrot-2 spoon,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Lemon-1/2
  • Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Baking Soda-1 pinch,
  • Chilly Flakes-1 tsp,
  • and Oil

Method

  • Put poha in a bowl and wash it
  • Put in a mixi jar
  • Add oats, semolina, curd, ginger and 1/2 cup water and grind it
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add onion, capsicums, carrot, green chilli and coriander leaves
  • Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Add 1 pinch baking soda and lemon juice and mix it
  • Put some oil on the pan and heat it
  • Put the batter and spread
  • Cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Apply some oil over it and turn it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
