Ingredients
- Sago (Sabudana)-1 cup,
- Boiled Potatoes-2,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
- Salt and Oil
Method
- Take sabudana in the pan and heat it
- Put it in the mixer jar and grind it
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add water little by little and make a batter
- Leave it for 5 minutes
- Grate boiled potatoes and ginger
- Mix it with sabudana batter
- Add green chilli, coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds and salt and mix it
- Apply some oil in the hand and make balls and press it
- Heat the pan and put some oil in it
- Put roll of sabudana
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Apply some oil over it and turn it
- Cook other side too for 5 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in the plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
