Sabudana Tikki | Learn Tikki Recipe in just 3 mins |Terrace Kitchen |कुरकुरी साबूदाना टिक्की |Sago Vada

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Sago (Sabudana)-1 cup,
  • Boiled Potatoes-2,
  • Green Chilli-2,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Cumin Seeds-1 tsp,
  • Salt and Oil

Method

  • Take sabudana in the pan and heat it
  • Put it in the mixer jar and grind it
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add water little by little and make a batter
  • Leave it for 5 minutes
  • Grate boiled potatoes and ginger
  • Mix it with sabudana batter
  • Add green chilli, coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds and salt and mix it
  • Apply some oil in the hand and make balls and press it
  • Heat the pan and put some oil in it
  • Put roll of sabudana
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Apply some oil over it and turn it
  • Cook other side too for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in the plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
