(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- All purpose Flour (Maida) -2 cup,
- Warm Milk-1 cup,
- Curd-1/4 cup,
- Oil-2 spoon,
- Coriander Leaves-1 spoon,
- Kalonji (Mangrella)-1 spoon,
- Salt,
- Sugar-1 spoon,
- Baking Powder-1 tsp,
- Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Method
- Take flour (maida) in a bowl
- Add baking powder, baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and mix it
- Now take milk in a bowl, add curd, 1 tsp sugar and mix it
- Add 2 spoon oil and mix it
- Now add this little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough
- Cover it and leave for 15 to 20 mins
- Apply some oil on hand and make ball of dough
- Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it
- Sprinkle some kalonji, coriander leaves and roll again
- Flip and apply some water on other side
- Heat iron pan on high flame
- Put water side part down and turn the flame low
- Bubble will start appearing
- Now flip the tawa and put the roti side in flame.
- Take it out in a flame.
- It's ready. Enjoy
