Restaurant Style Prawn Fried Rice | Learn Fried Rice in less than 3 mins |Terrace Kitchen |Fast Food


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

 Ingredients

  • Prawns-250 gms,
  • Egg-2,
  • Boiled Basmati Rice-1 cup,
  • Cabbage-1/4,
  • Bens-1/4 cup,
  • Carrot-1/4 cup,
  • Red Capsicum-1/4 cup,
  • Yellow Capsicum-1/4 cup,
  • Green Capsicum-1/4 cup,
  • Spring Onion-2 spoon
  • Soya Sauce-2 spoon,
  • Viniger-1 spoon,
  • Salt,
  • Black Pepper Powder-2 tsp,
  • Cooking Oil

Method

  • Take 1 spoon oil in the pan and heat it
  • Add egg, salt and 1/2 black pepper powder
  • Mix it and cook on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add prawns, salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Mix it and cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame
  • Add white spring onion, bens and carrot
  • Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add capsicums and cabbage
  • Add salt and mix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add 2 spoon soya sauce and 1 spoon vinegar
  • Mix it and cook for a min on medium flame
  • Add rice
  • Add salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Mix it and cook for a min on medium flame
  • Add fry egg and spring onion
  • It's ready. Enjoy
