Ingredients
- Prawns-250 gms,
- Egg-2,
- Boiled Basmati Rice-1 cup,
- Cabbage-1/4,
- Bens-1/4 cup,
- Carrot-1/4 cup,
- Red Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Yellow Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Green Capsicum-1/4 cup,
- Spring Onion-2 spoon
- Soya Sauce-2 spoon,
- Viniger-1 spoon,
- Salt,
- Black Pepper Powder-2 tsp,
- Cooking Oil
Method
- Take 1 spoon oil in the pan and heat it
- Add egg, salt and 1/2 black pepper powder
- Mix it and cook on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add prawns, salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Mix it and cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame
- Add white spring onion, bens and carrot
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add capsicums and cabbage
- Add salt and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add 2 spoon soya sauce and 1 spoon vinegar
- Mix it and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add rice
- Add salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Mix it and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add fry egg and spring onion
- It's ready. Enjoy
