एगलेस चॉकलेट कस्टर्ड |Learn Chocolate Custard Pudding in just 2 mins |Terrace Kitchen\Pudding

  सामग्री- दूध -3 कप (1 किग्रा), चीनी -1 / 2 कप, कस्टर्ड पाउडर -2 चम्मच, पारले-जी बिस्कुट -1 पीस, डार्क चॉकलेट -1 चम्मच, कोको पाउडर -1 चम्मच, सफेद चोको चिप्स -1 चम्मच, पिघला हुआ मक्खन -2 चम्मच तरीका- बिस्कुट तोड़कर , जार में डालें और पीस लें इसे एक कटोरे में निकल ले  इसमे 1 चम्मच कोको पाउडर और 2 चम्मच पिघला हुआ मक्खन  डालकर मिलाएं कस्टर्ड पाउडर में दूध डालें और एक पतला घोल बनाएं  एक पैन में दूध लें और इसे गर्म करें इसमे चीनी डालकर मिलाएँ कस्टर्ड घोल डालकर मिलाएं इसे मध्यम आंच पर पकाएं एक बार जब यह गाढ़ा हो जाए तो आंच बंद कर दें। एक गिलास में 2 चम्मच बिस्किट पाउडर लें इसमे कस्टर्ड, कसा हुआ चॉकलेट और सफेद चोको चिप्स डालें यह तैयार है। इसका आनंद लें कृपया मेरे ब्लॉग का अनुसरण करें और अपना बहुमूल्य सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया दें। कृपया अंग्रेजी सबटाइटल के साथ मेरे यू ट्यूब चैनल पर इस वीडियो को देखें                             https://youtu.be/OTFWWsE5M2U

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) Ingredients Wheat Flour-1 cup, Gram Flour-1/2 cup, Curd-1/2 cup, Onion-2 spoon, Green Capsicum-2 spoon, Yellow Capsicum-2 spoon, Red Capsicum-2 spoon, Carrot-2 spoon, Coriander Leaves-2 spoon, Ginger-1 inch, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli-2, Red Chilli-2 Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp White Sesame-1 tsp, Mustard Seeds-1 tsp, Baking Powder-1 tsp, Baking Soda-1/2 tsp, Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp Salt and cooking o il Method Take curd in a mixer jar Add green chilli and ginger and grind it Take wheat flour in a bowl, a dd gram flour, baking powder and baking soda and s train it Add salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp red chilli flakes and m ix it Add curd, ginger and green chilli paste and m ix it Add water little by little and make a batter Add onion, capsicums, carrot and coriander leaves and m ix it Leave it for 10 minutes Put salt in cooker, p ut Stand, r emove gasket and whistle Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins Put oil in a pot and pour batter Put batter
