Red Chana Tikki Chaat | Learn Chaat recipe in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Kala chana Tikki Chaat
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Boiled Black Chickpeas(Red Chana)-2 cup,
- Onion-1,
- Coriander Leaves,
- Green Chilli-1
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt,
- Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
- Oil,
- Rice Flour-2 spoon
- Green Chutney,
- Tamarind Chutney,
- Sev,
- Curd,
- Pomegranate,
- Boiled Potato-1
Method
- Take boiled red chana in the jar and grind it
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add salt, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, onion, coriander leaves and green chilli and mix it
- Add 2 spoon rice flour and mix it
- Apply oil on hand and make tikki
- Heat the pan and grease with oil.
- Put tikki on it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Apply some oil over it and turn it
- Cook on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- Add curd, boiled potatoes, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, green chutney, tamarind chutney, black salt, fry cumin powder, red chilli flakes, sev and pomegranate
- It's ready. Enjoy
