Red Chana Tikki Chaat | Learn Chaat recipe in just 3 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Kala chana Tikki Chaat




 (Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Boiled Black Chickpeas(Red Chana)-2 cup,
  • Onion-1,
  • Coriander Leaves,
  • Green Chilli-1
  • Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
  • Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
  • Oil,
  • Rice Flour-2 spoon
  • Green Chutney,
  • Tamarind Chutney,
  • Sev,
  • Curd,
  • Pomegranate,
  • Boiled Potato-1

Method

  • Take boiled red chana in the jar and grind it
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add salt, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, onion, coriander leaves and green chilli and mix it
  • Add 2 spoon rice flour and mix it
  • Apply oil on hand and make tikki
  • Heat the pan and grease with oil.
  • Put tikki on it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Apply some oil over it and turn it
  • Cook on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Add curd, boiled potatoes, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, green chutney, tamarind chutney, black salt, fry cumin powder, red chilli flakes, sev and pomegranate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
