Oil Free Paneer stuff Breakfast | Learn Breakfast Recipe In Just 4 mins | Terrace Kitchen |Breakfast


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour (atta)-1 cup,
  • All Purpose Flour (maida)-1/2 cup,
  • Paneer-200 gms,
  • Pizza Sauce-5 spoon,
  • Mozzarella Cheese-100 gms,
  • Onion-2 spoon,
  • Coriander Leaves-1 spoon,
  • Carrot-2 spoon,
  • Chilli flakes-2 tsp,
  • Chasat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Herbs-1 tsp,
  • Salt and and cooking oil

Method

  • Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
  • Add onion and cook for a min on medium flame
  • Add carrot and cook for a min on medium flame
  • Add paneer, salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and mix it
  • Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add coriander leaves and mix it
  • Take it out in a plate
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl
  • Add all purpose flour, salt and 2 spoon oil and mix it
  • Now add water little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough
  • Apply some oil on hand and mix it
  • Make balls and roll it. 
  • Cut it into shapes. 
  • Put pizza sauce on it
  • Put paneer masala
  • Add cheese, chilli flakes and herbs
  • Water its edges
  • cover it and press it
  • Heat a pan
  • Apply oil and spread it and Put it
  • Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
