Ingredients
- Wheat Flour (atta)-1 cup,
- All Purpose Flour (maida)-1/2 cup,
- Paneer-200 gms,
- Pizza Sauce-5 spoon,
- Mozzarella Cheese-100 gms,
- Onion-2 spoon,
- Coriander Leaves-1 spoon,
- Carrot-2 spoon,
- Chilli flakes-2 tsp,
- Chasat Masala-1 tsp,
- Herbs-1 tsp,
- Salt and and cooking oil
Method
- Take 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add onion and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add carrot and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add paneer, salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and mix it
- Cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add coriander leaves and mix it
- Take it out in a plate
- Take wheat flour in a bowl
- Add all purpose flour, salt and 2 spoon oil and mix it
- Now add water little by little in the flour and knead its soft dough
- Apply some oil on hand and mix it
- Make balls and roll it.
- Cut it into shapes.
- Put pizza sauce on it
- Put paneer masala
- Add cheese, chilli flakes and herbs
- Water its edges
- cover it and press it
- Heat a pan
- Apply oil and spread it and Put it
- Cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
