आलू चीला या आलू पेनकेक्स रेसिपी \Learn Potato Chilla in less than 3 mins\Terrace Kitchen\Aloo Chilla

(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Gram Pulses (Chana Dal)-1 cup,
  • Potatoes-2,
  • Onion-1,
  • Green Chilli-1,
  • Ginger-1 inch,
  • Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
  • Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
  • Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Salt and cooking oil

Method

  • Take water in a bowl
  • Grate potatoes and wash it.
  • Take grind pulses in a bowl
  • Add grate potatoes, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and grate ginger
  • Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
  • Heat the pan
  • Put some oil on the pan and put the batter
  • Cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame and turn it
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
