Ingredients
- Gram Pulses (Chana Dal)-1 cup,
- Potatoes-2,
- Onion-1,
- Green Chilli-1,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Pepper Powder-1 tsp,
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take water in a bowl
- Grate potatoes and wash it.
- Take grind pulses in a bowl
- Add grate potatoes, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and grate ginger
- Add 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix it
- Heat the pan
- Put some oil on the pan and put the batter
- Cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame and turn it
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
