Oil-Free Red Chana Kabab\ Learn Kabab in less than 3 mins\Terrace Kitchen\ Kale Chane Ke Kabab\Tikki




(Note : tsp stands for table spoon) 

Ingredients

  • Boiled Black Chickpeas(Red Chana)-2 cup,
  • Onion-1,
  • Coriander Leaves,
  • Green Chilli-1
  • Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
  • Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
  • Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
  • Salt,
  • Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
  • Cooking oil,
  • Rice Flour-2 spoon

Method

  • Take boiled red chana in the jar and grind it
  • Take it out in a bowl
  • Add salt, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, onion, coriander leaves and green chilli
  • Mix it
  • Add 2 spoon rice flour and mix it
  • Apply some oil in the hand and makes tikki
  • Heat the pan, apply few drops of oil and spread it. 
  • Put tikki on it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
  • Apply some oil over it and turn it
  • Cook on medium flame
  • Take it out in a plate
  • It's ready. Enjoy
