Oil-Free Red Chana Kabab\ Learn Kabab in less than 3 mins\Terrace Kitchen\ Kale Chane Ke Kabab\Tikki
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Boiled Black Chickpeas(Red Chana)-2 cup,
- Onion-1,
- Coriander Leaves,
- Green Chilli-1
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Chaat Masala-1 tsp,
- Cumin Powder-1 tsp,
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Salt,
- Black Salt-1/2 tsp,
- Cooking oil,
- Rice Flour-2 spoon
Method
- Take boiled red chana in the jar and grind it
- Take it out in a bowl
- Add salt, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, onion, coriander leaves and green chilli
- Mix it
- Add 2 spoon rice flour and mix it
- Apply some oil in the hand and makes tikki
- Heat the pan, apply few drops of oil and spread it.
- Put tikki on it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame
- Apply some oil over it and turn it
- Cook on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
