नरम रसीले रसपुआ बनाने का तरीका \Learn Oil-Free Paneer Stuffed Rus-pua in just 4 mins\Terrace Kitchen
(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-2 cup,
- Milk Maid (Condensed Milk)-1 cup,
- Milk-1&1/2 cup,
- Fennel-1 tsp,
- Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Raisins-2 spoon,
- Paneer-200 gms,
- Powder Sugar-2 spoon and cooking oil
- For Sugar Syrup
- Sugar-1 cup,
- Cardamom Powder-1 tsp,
- Water-1 cup
Method
- Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, raisins and 1 tsp fennel and mix it
- Add milk maid and mix it
- Add little bit milk and mix it
- Add 1/2 cup milk
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Take sugar in the bowl
- Add 1 cup water and heat it
- Sugar will dissolve in water
- Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and 1 pinch yellow food color
- Food color is optional, you can skip it
- Grate paneer
- Add 2 spoon sugar powder, 1 pinch cardamom powder and mix it
- Heat the pan
- Put oil in the pan
- Put the batter
- Place paneer on top of it
- Then pour the batter over it
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
- Apply some oil over it turn it
- Take it out in a plate
- Put it in hot sugar syrup
- Leave it for 2 mins
- Take it out
- Heat oil in the pan
- Put paneer in the batter and cover it
- Put this in the oil
- Cook on medium flame and turn it
- Cook the other side
- Take it out in a plate and put it in hot sugar syrup
- It's ready. Enjoy
