दही का मीठा || Learn Fruit Yogurt in just 2 mins || Terrace Kitchen || Fresh Fruit Yogurt || Fruit Shrikhand


(Note : tsp stands for table spoon)

Ingredients

  • Curd-1 & 1/2 cup,
  • Mango-2 spoon,
  • Banana-2 spoon,
  • Pomegranate-2 spoon,
  • Grapes-2 spoon,
  • Apple-2 spoon,
  • Cashew-10,
  • Badam-10,
  • Pista-10,
  • Raisins-10,
  • Black Raisins-10,
  • Fresh Cream-2 spoon,
  • Kesar Milk-1 spoon,
  • Sugar-2 spoon,
  • Cardamom Powder-1 tsp,
  • Black Salt-1 pinch

Method

  • Take curd in a bowl
  • Add sugar,1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1 pinch black salt and kesar milk and mix it
  • Add fresh cream and mix it
  • Add banana, pomegranate, grapes, apple and mango and mix it
  • Add chopped dry fruits and mix it
  • Leave it in the fridge for an hour
  • Decorate it with fruits
  • It's ready. Enjoy
