Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-1 cup,
- Gram Flour-1/2 cup,
- Curd-1/2 cup,
- Onion-2 spoon,
- Green Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Yellow Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Red Capsicum-2 spoon,
- Carrot-2 spoon,
- Coriander Leaves-2 spoon,
- Ginger-1 inch,
- Curry Leaves,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Red Chilli-2
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
- White Sesame-1 tsp,
- Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
- Baking Powder-1 tsp,
- Baking Soda-1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take curd in a mixer jar
- Add green chilli and ginger and grind it
- Take wheat flour in a bowl, add gram flour, baking powder and baking soda and strain it
- Add salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp red chilli flakes and mix it
- Add curd, ginger and green chilli paste and mix it
- Add water little by little and make a batter
- Add onion, capsicums, carrot and coriander leaves and mix it
- Leave it for 10 minutes
- Put salt in cooker, put Stand, remove gasket and whistle
- Close the lid and heat it for 10 mins
- Put oil in a pot and pour batter
- Put batter in hot cooker
- Cover cooker with lid
- Bake for 40 to 45 mins on medium flame
- Take it out, leave it for 10 mins
- Now put 1 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp white sesame, curry leaves and red chilli
- Put dhokala in it, cook for a min on medium flame and turn it
- Cook other side too for a min on medium flame
- Take it out in a plate and cut it
- It's ready. Enjoy
