रागी हलवा | Learn Ragi Halwa in less than 2 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Healthy Indian Sweet Dish | Ragi Recipe
Ingredients
- Ragi Flour-1 cup,
- Jaggery-1 cup,
- Ghee-3 spoon,
- Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon,
- Cashew-10 to 15,
- Water-2 cup
Method
- Take ragi flour in a bowl
- Add 2 cup water and mix it
- Take one spoon ghee in a pan and heat it
- Add cashew, fry it and take it out in a plate.
- Now put Ragi mix in pan, and cook for 3 mins on medium flame
- Add jaggery and mix it
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
- Add 2 spoon ghee and 1/2 spoon cardamom powder
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add fry cashew and mix it
- It's ready. Enjoy
