रागी हलवा | Learn Ragi Halwa in less than 2 mins | Terrace Kitchen | Healthy Indian Sweet Dish | Ragi Recipe


 Ingredients

  • Ragi Flour-1 cup,
  • Jaggery-1 cup, 
  • Ghee-3 spoon,
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 spoon,
  • Cashew-10 to 15,
  • Water-2 cup

Method

  • Take ragi flour in a bowl
  • Add 2 cup water and mix it
  • Take one spoon ghee in a pan and heat it
  • Add cashew, fry it and take it out in a plate.
  • Now put Ragi mix in pan, and cook for 3 mins on medium flame
  • Add jaggery and mix it
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame
  • Add 2 spoon ghee and 1/2 spoon cardamom powder
  • Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Add fry cashew and mix it
  • It's ready. Enjoy
