Mango Fried Rice || Learn Raw Mango Rice in less than 2 mins || Terrace Kitchen || Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- Boiled Basmati Rice-1 cup,
- Raw Mango-1,
- Green Chilli-2,
- Red Chilli-2,
- Curry Leaves,
- Roasted Peanut-1/2 cup,
- Moong Dal-2 spoon,
- Turmeric Powder-1/3 tsp,
- Mustard Seeds-1 tsp,
- Salt and Oil
Method
- Take 2 spoon oil in a pan and heat it
- Add 1 tsp mustard, green chilli, red chilli and curry leaves
- Add 2 spoon moong dal and mix it
- Add roasted peanut and cook for a min on medium flame
- Add 1/3 tsp turmeric powder and grated raw mango
- Mix it and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
- Add boiled rice, salt and mix it
- Turn off the flame and serve it
