Ingredients
To Make Cake
- Curd-1/3 cup,
- Sugar Powder-1/2 cup,
- Refined Oil-1/3 cup,
- All Purpose Flour-1 cup,
- Milk-1/2 cup,
- Baking Powder-1 tsp,
- Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
To Make Malai Rabdi
- Milk-1 litre,
- Sugar-3 to 4 spoon,
- Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp
Method
- Take milk in a pan and cook on high flame
- Add 3 spoon sugar and mix it
- Once it becomes thick, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix it. Let it cool down. Rabadi is ready
- To make cake pre heat the pan for 10 mins on medium flame
- Take 1/3 cup oil in a bowl
- Add ½ cup sugar powder, 1/3 cup curd and mix it
- Strain 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda and mix it.
- Add milk and mix it
- Grease pan with oil
- Put butter paper and apply oil
- Put batter and tap it
- Put pan on heated tawa
- Cover it and cook for 12 to 15 mins on medium flame
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Pour rabdi over it.
- Leave it for 5 mins
- Decorate with dry fruits
