Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes-5,
- Mozzarella Cheese-1 cup,
- Roasted Vermicelli-1/2 cup,
- Coriander Leaves-4 spoon,
- All Purpose Flour (Maida)-2 spoon,
- Corn Flour-4 spoon,
- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp,
- Mixed Herbs-1 tsp,
- Chilli Flakes-1 tsp,
- Salt and cooking oil
Method
- Take boiled potato in a bowl
- Add coriander leaves, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt, mozzarella cheese, 2 spoon corn flour and mix it
- Apply oil on your palm and make ball
- Take 2 spoon all purpose flour in a bowl
- Add 2 spoon corn flour, salt and mix it
- Add little water and make a solution
- Take roasted vermicelli in a plate and break it
- Take potato ball and put it in the batter and coat with vermicelli
- Leave it for 10 mins
- Heat oil in a pan, put it and fry it
- Cook on medium flame
- Flip it and cook it till it turns golden in color from both sides
- Take it out in a plate
- It's ready. Enjoy
